HOW TO HANDLE HIKING ON A STORMY WEATHER?
19 Packs of stubbornness.... WHY?
Because it was during the typhoon Egay when we did this very challenging hike.
At 3A.M. call time, we gathered at the 711 convenient store just in front of Ayala Harbor Point in SBMA Olongapo City.
Exactly 4A.M. we departed from SBMA and headed straight to Orani Bataan via SCTEX and excited at Dinalupihan.
Even if its our second time to go to Brgy. Sinagtala Orani Bataan, we got lost. It was totally dark and raining.
After finding our way to the right directions, finally arrived at Brgy. Sinagtala at 5A.M.
Since it was still early and kuya Isagani was still looking for his cousin to guide us, we decided to fill our tummy first to boost our energy for the looooooooooong hike hahaha
Our guide was very reluctant to allow us to pursue to hike, although the rain was not heavily pouring but the winds are very strong.
We'll, we persuaded him because we're already there. there's no turning back.
We signed the waiver instead and ready ourselves for the long and cold hike.

My sister brought with her some garbage bags that we can use to cover and protect us from the drizzling rain and strong cold winds.

This is Mae battle the strong cold winds...

Don't forget to bring alcohol in case some blood suckers (leeches) got caught up with your hands, arms, legs or everywhere around your body that's not covered. They sure will hitch a ride with you :)

Streams are signs that we are nearing the falls..

After 7 Hours, we finally made it to this wonderful place.

This is not an ordinary hike, others may rate this place as easy at it can be. But without determination and passion, you can never reach this beautiful destination. Good thing we did this hike on a rainy season I couldn't imagine doing it on a hot weather condition.
If you plan to visit Pasukulan Falls make it a 2 day hike :)
